SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Building and Grounds Technician.

Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the maintenance function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days from date of hire and must maintain certification.
Skill(s): Speak and understand English; moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate knowledge of facility maintenance or general construction; ability to use a variety of power tools; valid driver’s license, CDL as applicable. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required.
