Basic Qualifications
 
Education/Training:A B.S. or B.A. degree required; CFRE accreditation normally required.
 
Skill(s):Speaks and understands English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant; strong understanding, commitment, and belief in Social Ministry within the structure of the Lutheran Church; demonstrated management and supervisory skills; visual and auditory skills; valid driver’s license.
 
Experience:A minimum of seven (7) years of fundraising experience including three (3) years’ management experience normally required.
