Domestic Abuse Solutions

Domestic Abuse Services will cease services, effective June 30, 2021. Between now and the end of June our team of trained professionals are committed to helping current clients meet the program requirements and fulfill any court order mandates they may have.

Heusner Office Center

Alternate work arrangements and remote operations in effect.

Home Care & Hospice

Client services continue. Remote operations in effect.

LIFE

Per state mandate, both LIFE Centers closed until further notice. Services being provided in participant’s homes. Remote operations in effect.

Life Plan Communities

Visitors permitted in cottages and apartments with restrictions. In-person visitation in our skilled care centers and personal care and assisted living residences in communities in the green status. Window visits in our skilled care centers and personal care and assisted living residences in green status. Beauty & barber services in our skilled care centers and personal care and assisted living residences in green status. Non-emergent residential living maintenance services resumed. Limited Spirit360 programming offered virtually; limited programming offered in hallways and small groups of residents with social distancing in our skilled care centers and personal care and assisted living residences in green status. Curbside-to-go meal services remain in place. Dining room meals with rotating small groups of residents in our skilled care centers and personal care and assisted living residences in green status with approved dining plans.

Senior Companion Program

Senior Companion Program will cease services, effective June 30, 2021. We will continue to provide phone companionship to our existing clients in much the same manner we have been doing throughout this pandemic until the program closes in June.
