Life Plan Communities

Visitors permitted in residential living and HUD apartment residences and cottages with restrictions. Virtual visitation in our skilled care centers and personal care and assisted living residences. In-person visitation for compassionate visitation and end-of-life situations on an individual basis. Beauty & barber services suspended. Non-emergent residential living maintenance serves resumed. Limited Spirit360 programming offered virtually. Curbside-to-go meal services remain in place.
