The Great Place to Work Institute has certified SpiriTrust Lutheran® as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) for the third consecutive year with an overall score of 77 – five points higher than last year. Knowing how our team members feel about the work they do helps us in our efforts to improve as an overall agency and validates the things we do right, so we can continue improving upon them as well.
