This collaboration allows Friends Life Care to offer a continuing care at home membership option in Adams, Cumberland and York counties. Often referred to as a ccrc without walls, continuing care at home programs are designed to help individuals remain at home and independent.
Friends Life Care offers the first and largest continuing care at home program in the country. The Friends Life Care program provides a truly unique combination of care coordination and financial benefit needed to help insure older adults have the resources and support they need to remain in their own homes as they age. If home care is ever needed, it is coordinated by Friends Life Care and provided by SpiriTrust Lutheran’s trusted network of caregivers.
