In 2025, The Village at Kelly Drive Residential Living Association met with Pam Conrad, Executive Director, to discuss potential projects that would address campus needs and enhance shared spaces. As part of these conversations, leadership identified the Fellowship Room as a priority and focused on updating its window treatments to support ongoing campus beautification efforts.
Pam and the Residential Living Association leadership partnered with local business Blinds By Peggy Fullerton to refresh the Fellowship Room. The project included the supply and installation of new blinds, cornices, panels, and transoms – giving the space a renewed and welcoming look for residents and team members alike.
Installation was completed in early January, and a “Come and See” fellowship gathering was held on Thursday, January 8. Residents and team members were invited to stop in, view the updated space, enjoy light refreshments, and share time in conversation and community.
This project was made possible through the generosity of donors, the Residential Living Association, and the SpiriTrust Lutheran® Auxiliary-York Chapter. The SpiriTrust Lutheran® Foundation was delighted to support the effort by stewarding and distributing project-designated funds – ensuring donor intent was honored and the project could move forward smoothly.
We are grateful for the collaborative spirit and generosity that continue to enhance our shared spaces and strengthen community life.
