We are looking for an Executive Director who can build a team that will serve patients at existing skilled nursing facilities and in our local communities in south central Pennsylvania.

The Executive Director needs to have:

• Experience: Minimum of five [5] years in healthcare with progressive responsibility, including supervisory roles. Home health and/or hospice experience recommended.
• License: A valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, BSN recommended.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; demonstrated leadership experience.
• Transportation: Reliable means of transportation for community activities; valid driver’s license and car insurance meeting Pennsylvania state requirements.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager needs to have:

• A valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, BSN recommended.
• At least two [2] years of home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
• A reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state

What you’ll do as a Clinical Manager:

• Leading and supporting a dedicated clinical team
• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring compliance with care standards
• Mentoring, training, and empowering staff
• Collaborating with leadership to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Fostering a respectful, positive work culture where everyone feels heard
