In response to the events happening across our nation, SpiriTrust Lutheran® would like to share this message with the community-at-large:

SpiriTrust Lutheran® respects and honors the uniqueness of all God’s children. True to our Lutheran heritage we value the sanctity of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, ancestry, age, sex, handicap, disability, or religious creed.  In these times of social unrest we recommit ourselves to our core values and mission to support not just those we directly serve, but all of our neighbors. We believe we are all brothers and sisters in God’s eyes and pray for peace and understanding among all people.

Fuel the Spirit

We are grateful for your support and understanding during these challenging times and we realize many of you want to help. Our Fuel the Spirit campaign provides a variety of ways to support our caregivers and those they serve and those who support them.

Careers

"A great place to work is one in which you trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do, and enjoy the people you work with.” — Robert Levering

Caring, compassionate candidates needed! Apply today to begin the hiring process.

At SpiriTrust Lutheran® the need for qualified candidates who are caring and compassionate never goes away, even in challenging times like the one presented by the coronavirus! Please be assured that we are taking the same precautions to prevent the spread of the virus during our hiring process as we are for our current team members and everyone we serve. If you are interested in a position and are a viable candidate, these are the steps you can expect to follow during the hiring process.

  1. The hiring manager will contact you to arrange a phone interview.
  2. If you are selected for an in-person interview, social distancing protocols will be followed and you will be asked questions about your current health status, per recommendations from the CDC and the PA Department of Health.
  3. If you feel sick on the day of your in-person interview, please contact the hiring manager to reschedule.

Many of our positions require working onsite at one of our life plan communities. We are adhering to all the protocols set forth by state and federal agencies in regard to containing the spread of coronavirus. More information about the processes we have implemented at SpiriTrust Lutheran can be found on our Coronavirus Information & Update page.
