Sign-On Bonuses

We offer sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000 for select positions!

In addition to competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, SpiriTrust Lutheran® offers sign-on bonuses for select clinical and non-clinical positions to amounts ranging from $150 to $15,000! (See chart below)

How to receive a sign-on bonus

Apply for an eligible position

To receive a sign-on bonus, apply for an eligible position. If a current SpiriTrust Lutheran team member referred you to the position, please be sure to list them as your referral source on the application as they will be eligible for a matching bonus.

If hired, you will receive your bonus in installments

If you are hired, we will pay the sign-on bonuses for all clinical positions listed on the chart, as well as eligible non-clinical positions, in four installments:

  • The first installments after the new team member completes the first 60 days of employment.
  • The second installment after the new team member completes five months of employment.
  • The third installment after the new team member completes nine months of employment.
  • The last installment after the new team member completes one year of employment.

We will pay the sign-on bonuses for all other non-clinical positions listed in the chart in two installments:

  • The first installment after the new team member completes the first 30 days of employment.
  • The second installment after the new team member completes six months of employment.
