Volunteer Spotlight

Greta Englund is a service musician who volunteers at SpiriTrust Lutheran®, The Village at Gettysburg. She says, “Music is so important to a person’s well-being because it has the power to relax, soothe and give time to meditate.” Greta shares her love of the harp with the residents because she says it sends sound waves that resonate with the listener to reduce stress and anxiety.
