Volunteer Spotlight

Volunteer Shirley Smith dedicated her time and quilting talents to design and make a beautiful pall quilt to be used in the skilled care center at SpiriTrust Lutheran®, The Village at Gettysburg. The pall quilt is placed over each resident as a way to celebrate their life, as they leave our care at the end of their life. Shirley, who has been quilting since she was a small child, said this pall quilt was the most meaningful quilt she ever made.
